Telegram Admin Bridge
Owner-only Telegram bot for instant listings, photo uploads, daily P&L reports, and live status snapshots — manage the entire store from your phone.

A premium real estate acquisitions and investment platform targeting Louisville, KY homeowners facing foreclosure. Built with a high-trust lead capture flow, automated email notifications, and a private leads portal for internal review.
What We Built
Dual Lead Capture Forms
Cash offer form for motivated sellers facing foreclosure, plus a VIP Buyer List signup for serious investors. Both routes feed a unified lead pipeline with instant notifications.
Automated Lead Notifications
Every form submission triggers a formatted HTML email via PHPMailer with full lead details. DB failure is non-fatal — notifications fire regardless.
The Vault — Private Leads Portal
Admin-only, unlisted portal with paginated lead table, type filtering (cash offer vs. VIP buyer), full-text search, and one-click CSV export. Not linked publicly.
Pre-Foreclosure AI Scout
Python scraper running daily — pulls Louisville, KY pre-foreclosure leads from Google News RSS, Redfin GIS, HUD Home Store, and Zillow. Deduplicates and emails new leads automatically.
Trust-First Design

An animated holographic wordmark, aurora theme, and a page-wide physics playground of draggable, tossable toy blocks — down to a hand-drawn safari footer scene. Playful enough to make kids (and their parents) smile.

A native React Native app with 8 original mini-games — animal sounds, spot-the-difference and more — shipped through EAS to the App Store and Google Play. Paid once at $1.99 with zero ads and no in-app purchases.
